Excited about the Supreme Court upholding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act

Still curious to know if the part about birth control has been upheld or not.

Every single time this has come up, I think of this exact scene from The Critic:

"Actually, ah, the New York Supreme Court ruled that it is not."
