what I lost was a lock of your hair
Wow, I just had the shittiest day at work somehow. I have written Danny a longwinded email about it and don't feel like summing that up again.
Recent events, since I really haven't been updating much:
-Dustin got me Lupin III (the original series!). Awesome!
-Switched to my real work schedule.
-Still disappointed by Kariya's "reveal" in Fate/Zero. Rambled to Dustin at length about why neither Kariya nor Sakura's portrayals make adequate use of the creepiness possible in a concept as excellent as "worms are feasting upon my living flesh! AAAAHHH!"
-Got new clothes
New clothes helped me feel a little more comfortable at work. And really depressed about being fat.
Oh, wait. Everything about my new job makes me feel that way. My bad.
This amazing article about a trans man who was born a woman concludes with the snarky truism, "As a man, I can even complete a whole sentence without a man talking over me."
