Things I am terrible at resisting: new comics

Anne was a jerk and linked me to Freakangels, which was pretty good. But it's also a work night, and I wanted to be in bed by 11:30. Of course, reading the whole comic took until 1:30. Dang it, Anne!

As for the comic, it was all right. Ups and downs, and as is often the case with webcomic archives, I felt like the author thought his interludes and missed-days were more worthy of posterity than any reader would. (I skipped them, because hmm...extra time on comics explaining how a schedule I am not affected by was disrupted, or just read the rest of the comic? Yeah.)

I can't help feeling like I'd seen a couple of pages from it before. There was one page in the middle I think some site linked to. Anyway. Bed now.

Seriously, what the hell is their problem?

Look, it's a third arsonist attack on women's clinics in the US recently.

How can people not see that this movement is literally targeting women and saying that we don't have the right to decide for ourselves how to live our lives?

Patrick: I definitely, 100%, completely and utterly do not like anti-choice assholes committing acts of violent terrorism.
Patrick: Even if it WAS moral to attack abortion clinics, which it's not, even if it's called The Abortionpalooza and advertises a free ice cream with abortion, a lot of these are, like you say, GENERAL WOMEN'S HEALTH CENTRES. Which offer abortion because it is a WOMEN'S HEALTH SERVICE.
Dev: I just...what the hell. People who are for women's rights haven't been setting churches on fire.
